Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns:

•                  Physical books can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, undamaged, and in original condition.

•                  Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

•                  Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, digital copies) cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded or accessed, except if faulty or technically defective.

Refunds:

•                  Refunds are issued within 14 days upon receipt and inspection of returned physical goods fitting the above criteria.

•                   Faulty or misdescribed goods will be refunded fully, including original delivery costs, when reported within 30 days.

•                   No refunds on digital content once accessed except in case of faults.

•                    Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Exemptions:

•                     Custom or personalised editions are non-returnable unless faulty.

•                      Damage caused by customer misuse excludes eligibility for refunds.

Consumer Rights:

•                 This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations and respects the 14-day cooling-off period for physical goods.

•                  Customers retain statutory rights for faulty or wrongly described products.
